  1. Shoulder Flexion

Shoulder Flexion

To perform this exercise, sit or stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and grasp the Theraband with your hands shoulder-width apart. Slowly raise your arms in front of you, keeping your elbows straight but not locked. Repeat this motion for 10-15 repetitions.

  1. Seated Leg Press

Seated Leg Press

Sit on the edge of a chair with your back straight and your feet flat on the floor. Place the Theraband around the balls of your feet and hold the ends in each hand. Push your feet forward, straightening your legs as much as possible. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat for 10-15 repetitions.

Stand or sit with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold the Theraband with your palms facing forward and elbows close to your sides.
